Be Activated


Our Be Activated class takes the activations that we begin every class with and expands on the theory.   Be Activated is a system designed by Douglas Heel from Capetown, South Africa and it helps us learn to calm our Central Nervous System down so we can be better prepared to handle what life throws at us.  Its hard to sum it up so you will just have to join us to see what it is all about.  This class is taught Sunday/10:30 am, Tuesday/9:00 am and Thursday/8:00 am  and is 60 Minutes.

Flexibility

Basic flexibility class beginner friendly


Everybody needs to be more flexible.   Funny thing is, flexibility is something we can (and should) be practicing at home but we don't.   That is why there is a class for it.  Each class focuses on a different area of the body or general flexibility concept and is perfect for beginners and more advanced flexy's.  You can catch this class on Monday at 5:30 pm.  It is 60 Minutes.  Sign Up For Class Now

Chair Dance


Beginner friendly choreography class

Chair dancing is one part dancing, another part acrobatics and a third part channeling your sexiest inner diva.  Every month you will learn choreography to a whole song, and because our instructor gets bored easily, every choreo will be wildly different.  The best part of Chair Dancing is that you can take it home and recreate for your special someone.

This class is taught on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.

AcroYoga

Fusion of Acrobatics and Yoga


Acroyoga is a partner practice combining elements of acrobatics & yoga.  In this class, you’ll have opportunities to practice basing, flying, and spotting various poses under the guidance of two seasoned yogis. Senior Pole Fitness

Moxie Movez


Pole fitness is for everyone, including our sexy seniors. This class is designed to increase mobility, flexibilty and strength in a gentle and age appropriate way.  Students will learn basic skills and choreography. Wednesday/12:30 pm and Friday/10:00 am.  This class is 60 Minutes and costs $10.

Twerkshop

Twerk class for beginners to advanced


Twerkshop is the best way to learn to Twerk if you don't have the skills yet, or improve on skills if you booty is already rocking on its own. Goddess Yoga

Yoga class focusing on your inner Goddess

Active Flexibility

Active flexibility is  harder but more rewarding way to stretch


This class is designed to not only help you become more flexibile but also build the strength and stability necessary to access your flexibility in a variety of aerial moves and positions  Taught on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 11:00 am and is 60 Minutes.  Sign Up For This Class Now

Running late for class?  Students who are more than 5 minutes late to class will not be allowed to participate, and will forfeit that class pass.  We recommend that students plan to arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to the start of their class.  This policy includes the FREE Intro classes, and all other classes, workshops and special events that require warm-up or special instruction at the beginning of class.
